This is probably one of the questions we get asked the most - What's the catch? How is it free?
Tepilo is a small company, enabling us to keep our costs down and offer you this service completely free. There really are no catches, and our aim was to enable you to wipe out or greatly reduce the cost of selling your home online.
We plan to run the site for some time with little or no "on site" advertising, and keeping the offering free for you. We need to establish ourselves, get the site finished and get our message out there.
In the future we may look for some choice sponsors to help finance the site, but we are determined not to pester you with offers, adverts or spam.
We have had huge numbers of companies wishing to offer services to you, and where relevant we will do our best to incorporate these over the coming weeks. We also have a few exciting partnerships to announce here very soon too!

If you could get listings on rightmove you'll get loads of sponsors as soon as people pick up your free service you'll have people flocking to you.
I wouln't be concerned about adverts most people are realistic to appreciate that nothing in life is free and would not object to adverts if you are providing your sites free services.
I say bring on those adverts to help you develop the site.
Adverts would not put me off at all; after all you cannot get something for nothing.
I have a feeling that you are considering something with rightmove and google, if you are, it certainly will be an announcement. By the way it's a great site well done.
Just started with Tepilo. It appears to be head & shoulders above other similar sites in both the way the website appears & its professionalism.
If its possible to add some advertising of the homes offered, even better.

@Paul Barrett knocked the nail on the head if you could get the properties listed on other sites, I'd even pay a premium to get it listed.
Agree with others. The main way to sell your house now is rightmove or findaproperty so if tepilo became a way to allow sellers to post their homes on those sites it would be brilliant! However I understand right move stopped anyone other than estate agents posting properties on their site a few years ago...
